Overview

3D Slicer Anatomy is an educational resource to learn anatomy using the 3D Slicer software. The first generation of 3D Slicer anatomy materials focuses on the radiological anatomy of bronchopulmonary segments and mediastinum. These educational materials are developed by Sonia Pujol, Ph.D, Assistant Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and Director of the 3D Slicer Training & Education.

This project is funded through an Education Scholar Award from the Research and Education foundation of the Radiological Society of North America.
